Amazonian Pride (mc mf md gr) (new)  by TheHandsThatLead
Kiana, an amazonian princess has been captured by a mage, what fate does he have in mind for her?

This was a very well written story, regardless of the fact that it was a bit less titillating for me than I expected. I tend to root for the woman of the story, if my recent Amazon story was any indication. So there were moments where I just hated the captors/owners. Not even "love to hate" like a General Hux! Plus, the plastic surgery seems oddly standard, for lack of better words, in a fantastical world, as having a powerful Amazon under your complete control seems like it would be more than enough without body modification. That said, Kiana's blatant overconfidence prior to the main story was clearly something she was paying for. The "devices" were rather interesting as well. It seemed as if they did not have to be used as a form of erotic torture, but that might just be my interpretation. A weirdly depressing, yet interesting read.

Thanks, that's the first time I've ever received a "weirdly depressing, yet interesting" review and oddly enough I'm perfectly fine with it :)

Greyscribblers College Undercover takes huge steps in plot and drives headlong to resolution.

It is interesting to see Carol leaving a trail of busted lives here near the end, betraying those closest to her, Janice and Patrick, one who deserved the betrayal, one who did not under any measure.

This chapter is tough stuff, but it has been a tough story. But such a great tough story.

Thanks CerebusOne.  Glad you're still enjoying it.  Patrick, for sure. But Janice wasn't exactly without agency in her part of the chapter.

I'd be very disappointed in "College Undercover" if it somehow ended in Carol being "saved" by Wainwright.  Even if she could be saved, which it would seem she can't, as the words would still be in her head.  Seems like the obvious ending for her is to succeed Mrs. Bowen as the madam, with of course her implanting the words into every hooker she hires.

I do wonder if we're going to see the mobster's daughter whose name I forget become a whore for real now, since her father's going to jail for life and she'll probably be alone and destitute.  Maybe she'll go back to Carol and ask for help and Carol will "help" her.   :)

I wrote the last chapter some time ago, then some of the chapters that come before it.  The end to me seemed obvious.  Hopefully you'll like it.  The name you're looking for is 'Ellen'.

I finally caught up with college undercover and I will have to agree with you.  An excellent tale, that is rapidly reaching its end.

Thanks runningpants.  Yes, the end is very close.  Hopefully you think it matches the rest of the story.

The Sincerest Expression of Love

Lets just say I hated this, personal tastes, and leave it there. What I would like to do to the author, assuming he doesnt have genuine MC skills, well it could be painful.
No rating, obviously!

Thank you for the feedback

Your response caused me to make the resolution more brutal (in a good way, I promise) though it won't conclude for another two chapters and, given how you felt, I won't ask that you continue reading it. I will say, in my defense, the more visceral the feeling of disgust, the greater the potential for a sense of catharsis. I will see if I can pull it off.

Thanks again. :)

Thank you, but Doctors are suggesting it will be early medical retirement as I'm 61, seizures have a habit of stopping you pretty much completely. Due to Neurologist in June for further opinion

And so to complete

Algorithm

Is it wrong that the one I'm jealous of is Alice? Loved the tactical battle between Tiffany and Erin surrounding her, and each other, I must say. Looking forward to seeing what happens next between them, and the others, I must say. Oh, and sending in my request for the part of Alice when this gets made for real! ;D
High end of definitely enjoyed

Eternal Slave

OK, this is funny, very funny! I agree totally with the chapter title in all honesty. And yes, I adore Dreamy, and want to be controlled, sorry, interviewed by her too. Fine, Jack makes for an interesting character, and seemingly apt name here, I must say. I want to see more of Dreamy too, but anyway... We will need to see where this goes from here.
But yes, I know, its green fd, but I have to do it, its crazy fun, low end of much enjoyed

Laser Tag Party

I cant say this game interested me as much as the previous two, found it harder to follow. Mind, that might be down to me, but anyway...Its certainly an interesting place to play, given the Alternations, and stuff
Definitely enjoyed

The Triumphs of the Past

Maybe I need to get a Sabrina type bra before I meet Max? Yes, I'm old enough to know what they are, and what they might do to his eyesight? It probably does help I'm British with these, but his stuff is great, and I loved this. And of course I approve of the involvement of older women too! Thankfully I'm not travelling in his car, though that might be fun?
High end of definitely enjoyed. A gift of that cone bra, and who knows? ;)

Thats it for this update, thanks as always to all authors involved, reviewed or not

The fifth one? It was Cressidia’s Concentra but its over 10K, and a series I'm not reading, so thats it!

Meleva and I had a laugh about it being 10,002 words. Like we couldn't find a place to cut just a bit.

You're quite kind. If it's any consolation, I have trouble following who's where and doing what... and I wrote the thing... and I have a chart detailing it. I got more than a little mixed up writing it, a few times.
It was the right moment for Laine to shine, anyway. If it matters, she had a great time (And some of the others complain about how mixed up they were getting, too).

Thanks again for your lovely words to me, and all that you do in general.

Once I saw it was linked to the 2 that I'd only read the start of the first one, I probably would have passed anyway, even if it had been 9,999 lol.

As to the Alternations, I do love the idea, and I'm sure I would have a great time too, if done to me, in all truth. But yes, that might have been too complex for me, even without the health issues, with them, it had no chance!
Maybe I should get 'altered' into a complex, logical computer like robot lol? Yes, I'd love that far too much!

If it matters, they're linked by universe only, not by characters or plot.

It doesn't quite work that way, but I assure you if we ever find a 'upload-a-brain' option, I'll let you know! :D

A Plethora of Heathers

Betsy has a wonderful talent for depicting chaos (managed or otherwise), and for making even the most ridiculous of situations seem perfectly reasonable. This is a great example of both, with a cartoonishly devious snatch-and-grab hypno operation hiding in plain sight. (The breakfasts are delightful, even if you don't remember eating them!)

I think we've all had at least one day where we cannot believe our luck, and then it gets even better!, and that moment is perfectly captured here with a mind controller who is probably missing a few eggs in the carton but who also can't stop hitting the jackpot. I also liked the efforts of the cheerful, if beleaguered staff to carry out Heather's brainwashing business whilst still running a high-quality restaurant. Good thing she pays her staff well- they deserve it!

Thanks Merry! You can have first go in the chair, that’s if they ever actually finish the Algorithm! Right now it’s all manual input and adjustment, they’re supposed to be working to automate it but some of them keep getting distracted... Any suggestions on how to keep them in check would be welcome!

Hope you’re doing well :)

There is a 30's actress named Alice White, who only made it slightly more than Clara Johnson (my avatar) did, and she reminds me of her in looks. And given the pre code pictures I've seen of Miss White, they seem to have a similar attitude to the need to wear clothes!

My health is best described as questionable in truth. Mainly seems to be the brain that has been a bit 'frazzled' by the 2 seizures, which is of course why I'm being sent off to see a neurologist. Sadly, that wont be until mid June (we may not pay for our health service, but its not quick), and barred from work until then, at earliest. Given its 99.9% certain I'm then going to be referred for Brain MRI, and EEG, its going to be a lot longer than that. Already been told 3 times by medical people that I wont be working again (5 years from normal retirement, but will be early on medical grounds), but all needs to be made official.

But I'm surviving at least!

That’s a fine looking Alice :) now, where are these pre code pictures you speak of...?

It’s great the NHS is there, sure, and I’ve been in and out the hospital a couple times to do with cycling related injuries (one more and I fear they’ll ban me from cycling again for life O_o) but anything requiring a specialist seems to take far too long to be arranged, it’s not great. :/

Thanks for keeping us all updated though, you have many well wishers on here and I think I can speak for most when I say we’re glad you’re getting yourself seen to even if they are being incorrigibly slow about it  ::)

Thank you so much 321. I'm glad you're enjoying it so far and I hope the rest won't disappoint.

And yes, Heather pays her staff well. It all has to look good if there's ever an enquiry. I'm sure that's not Heather's idea either. She does take note of her acquisitions when they recommend something and that's the way to be successful at this game, even if a couple of her eggs are cracked. And never fear, I'm sure Heather will be able to collect all those salaries back somehow, after the tax man has seen the records and has seen nothing amiss.

For those curious, here are a couple of clips of Alice wearing not a great deal

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IMmGVS_xKE

Even more amusingly in this one, Clara Johnson is one of the chorus line girls!

Alice was one of those who couldnt sing great, couldnt dance great, but was cute. And for a few years, she stuck around in movies, and photo shoots because of those things.

Oh, and CR, thank you for something else too! :-*

If one of them "wins" and manages to secure control, then they can make sure everyone else focuses on the important things. It's the divided loyalties and maneuvering for position that are the biggest distraction...
