Four YouTube AI Shorts (Infiltrator, Mochi Doki, Custodial Work, and The Vortex)

I decided to make some shorts to try out the format on ideas that don't have any wider implications (a.k.a. follow-up stories would basically end up as repeats of the initial story).

The Infiltrator - Samantha "Sam" Baron is an investigative journalist infiltrating a nondescript industrial lab with a sinister secret. More than one whistle blower has leaked details of illegal experiments of the worst-kind... and Sam is going to blow this story wide open. (note: first short)

Mochi Doki - Magical Girl vs. Meowphistopheles - Angela, simple librarian by day but protector of Small Town: the magical girl Pink Heart by night, faces off against the evil Meowphistopheles one night in a shadowy parking lot. By the power of love and friendship! (note: this was a lot of fun to make... she said the lines perfectly each time)

Custodial Work - It's another day at the office for Jeff the custodian... and Ms. Dea is on a tear, as usual. The folks in R&D, however, needed a guinea pig and decided to make Jeff's day a little brighter... and Ms. Dea a little kinder. (note: somehow has the most views of anything I've made despite being the least-grounded and quickest to create).

The Vortex - Miles and Candace are enjoying a night at an amusement park when they split for a little while so Miles can ride his favorite coaster, the Vortex. Candace, happy to see him happy but all coaster'd out, promises to wait patiently but a mysterious stranger might have other plans... (note: usually when I watch what I create I don't "feel" the feeling but I'm still re-watching this one,myself)

Still working on The Caretaker (Day Three) of course but the pattern the hobby's taking is I fiddle with shorts on weeknights and dedicate a chunk of my weekend to the long-form shorts. You can thank Genshin Impact's Fontinalia event and Limbus Company's Walpurgisnacht for no new episode of the main-line stuff.

I haven't seen a lot of the NTR themed stories, so The Vortex was a welcome breath of fresh air and by far my favorite. I like that you gave the relationship moment at the beginning time to breathe and didn't just rush straight towards the MC portion because it nicely established the stakes of what was being manipulated, lost, and gained for the rest of the short.

I will also second hypfan's comment that including the slight hint of a last fading resistance moment AFTER the MC was done was great - chef's kiss! I feel like many productions go that once someone is whammied, that's it. Done, and the character overall becomes sort of flat, and it's just about the MCer just putting the person through the rest of the script. That's the ultimate point of course in a lot of these stories (and don't get me wrong personally that's why I'm here for MC stories at the end of the day) but I really appreciated that you included the 'last gasp' as you put it to really drive home the NTR theme.

It sounds trite but I am using AI to visualize the stories I want to see with the elements I care about most... and it's a joy to find other people who appreciate the same things!

Same! I think that is one of the freeing things about AI. I will still absolutely purchase work from professional producers when they produce work that hits my buttons, but oftentimes there are just some types of stories or ideas that are simply prohibitively expensive or too difficult to ever be made and I think this is where AI becomes 'good enough' (and if I'm being honest in some cases perhaps even 'better than', especially in the special effects department - no shade on the producers here, there just simply isn't the sort of budget for that kind of work normally and I totally get it, and that alone can limit some of the kinds of stories you can tell). As you said, this is where AI can help 'fill in the gaps' of what kinds of stories we want to see but have no other avenue to bring to life.

I definitely appreciate folks like you who have the know-how on creating these sorts of AI stories, appreciate the appeal of the themes behind them where just being able to express the theme itself is more valuable than the AI quality being 'production-level', and bringing them to life. Cheers!
