Well I'm jumping in first this time! The title grabbed my attention right away, being a teacher myself. I was wondering where it was going and the discovery elicited a number of different feelings from me...

I'm now wondering if there will be more. Well written and well paced story!

Thank you Dede! I appreciate your mention and thrilled you enjoyed my opening. A great deal of thanks for how well this turned out goes to MetaBob. He challenged me to tighten my prose not in one editing pass, or even two, but in at least 5 editing passes. The chapter increased a good 1000 words based on his suggestions for edits and additions.

Comments on some of the stories I managed to read today:

321s Deep Undercover. Paul is giving it the old college try but every time Tara goes back into the Avery hole it shakes me to the core. Too dangerous. Every time back on that limb it gets thinner and weaker. This is such a dangerous game and you feel like one they will lose.

Loved how Cassie is talking about Tara and what she would tell her. It is her.....talk about a split personality. She has become shattered by this MC yo yo.

Meagan and Tara scene at the end with Avery calling the shots so very hot and well written. "Duh".

The we have 321s second entry Hostel. Man what a tense crazy twisted ride with ebbs and flows. Loved that scene where Rebecca is controlling new hot bartender Grace. Grace is obviously very willful and has plans for her future....well.......she did but now is in the clutches of the 'new' Rebecca, or one could call her Alice II. You get the idea all that is left for Grace in her life is serving her.

Her good friend Emily who Rebecca cared so much for is now also a slave to her. Rebecca is leaving a trail of hypnotic destruction in he wake. Celeste, the cause of this says she may have created a monster. Rebecca counters the she created a mistress. Both are correct.

Yet even now there is still a semblance of the old caring Rebecca when she realizes the real Celeste would not want her having sex with Grace.

As 321 so expertly and often does, once again we exit with a cliff hanger. Edwin and Amanda have assumed the upper hand......until the lights go out. TENSION.

Now the long wait to see what happens. UGH!!! Thanks 321.

Also gotta mention Greyscribbler's The Internship. I have always been a sucker for the, young girl interns at company......big changes to come....stories and when I saw Grey was doing this one my heart soared, lol. The reason is Grey understand MC in a very unique way, he understands pacing like few other and also is not afraid to write long stories that really involve plot and character and change. All thing I love. And I was not disappointed in the lest with the first chapter as lovey young Nicole begins what she thinks will be the next small chapter of her life and that I suspect will become the large permanent part of her life, the only part of her life that will matter eventually. As usual Scribbler does a great job with plot and characters. We meet Nicole her boss Miss Henderson, who is extremely well executed here, and the icy Clara, Henderson's PA. The dynamics here between them are very subtle and interesting.

Nicole feels the first tendrils of change but nothing overwhelming. As usual, Grey takes his good old, simmering, burning time with the inductions. Can't wait to see where this is going.

Finally there is Zorkmeister's Refashioned. I have to say I think this story has started to enter rare territory for me. Perhaps to get on my all time great list. It just keeps getting better, more intricate and hotter. So hot it burned my eyes when I read this chapter.

Annabel continues to get a real mental work over and now a physical one too since she has moved in with crush Lauren and the other girls. Lauren who we knew was also being inducted at a later stage was revealed this week to not only be a very strongly inducted slave but also with a evil underbelly to her happy, loving top coat. It is obvious now she feels nothing for Annabel but only acting out her programming.

Also the conspiracy and power of the controllers is revealed to be even larger than first thought. Not only the internet site is involved but so is the fitness company Medusa. Oh yeah, it sure is aptly named because it seems to have many heads.

In very powerful and hot scene, Annabel has regrets about introducing one of her old friends Sonya, who has a very nice and happy married life to the web site which of course will over time divest her of all husband and happiness and turn her into a empty drone with no real feelings.

Annabel's desperate sad feelings which may have led her to try escape all this and warn Sonya were quickly put to rest by her 'love' Lauren. By the time Lauren was done with her she didn't care about Sonya at all except as a sex object. Lauren...such a good and caring girlfriend.....

Like the other stories mentioned Zorkmeister really takes time to plot things out, make the characters very real and believable and not rush this very involved, intricate hot as hell story.

Can't wait to see what happens next: Will we meet Sonya? And if so, how much of change will be starting in her? Lauren seemed very interested in her when she noticed how hot she was in the picture on Annabel's phone. She also now knows Annabel had feelings for her friend, wanted to protect her. What is Lauren's intentions for Annabel? What are Medusa's intentions for all the girls as it reshapes there minds and bodies?

I don't know how Cerebus gets through these so fast.

Also, confessing to a curiosity how Bedtime Story will go down - it's about as close as I get to romantic hypno fiction.

Vanity (Dede) (https://mcstories.com/VanityDede/index.html) (mc mf md ft) (new)  by Dede
Denise is really enjoying this new shade of lipstick she ordered.

Didn't realise it was a bimboification story (not really my thing), but I did think it was well written and I liked the descent into it.

Extracts From The Westriver Gazette (https://mcstories.com/ExtractsFromTheWestriverGazette/index.html) (mc fd) (new)  by HypnoticHarlequin

Epistolary can be hard to do, but it's a neat format when it works. I wasn't sure quite which direction this was going in until it became obvious, but it was a nice story.

It was typed out as "Fifteen" and is repeated 3 times, so I think this one is pretty ironclad.

Thank you Walter! I didn't really think it was 'bimbofication' when I wrote it, although there are some commonalities there. I intended it to be true MC/mind altering than anything. Regardless I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for commenting!

I really enjoyed Denise's reaction in this one. Vaguely aware of the changes taking place, but too addicted to the changes to do anything about it. Becoming more overtly sexual as a natural consequence of her initial vanity. Great stuff!

Under 18s are against Forum rules, but the EMCSA has its own standards. Check the EMCSA's own FAQ for more details.

In general, since the EMCSA is a curated site, while the Forum is a moderated site, Simon can afford to draw the line a little closer to the wind, while we have to accept that whatever line we draw here will inevitably be crossed for at least as long as it takes for a moderator to notice it and respond.

What I'm wondering about is the *legal* standards. Not sure if posting these kinds of stories isn't breaking the law?

Algorithm (https://mcstories.com/Algorithm/index.html) by Carefully Random (https://mcstories.com/Authors/Carefully-Random.html)

The technologically-initiated sort of MC that I generally avoid as too impersonal, too easy, but a lot of people have said how much they like this so I thought I would give it a go, too, and I’m glad I did. Because the easy induction isn’t the point in this piece, the writing is, and I'm enjoying it very much. A lot more to read here, but the piece is worth it.

Decisive (https://mcstories.com/Decisive/index.html) by All These Roadworks (https://mcstories.com/Authors/All-These-Roadworks.html)

I read one of this author's other pieces and few weeks ago and much prefer this one.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
, to the point, with a clever twist. It could definitely be a multi-part-er if the author wanted to go that route.

Giselle the Gazelle (https://mcstories.com/GiselleTheGazelle/index.html) by AWMBH (https://mcstories.com/Authors/AWMBH.html) and Mother's Shadow (https://mcstories.com/MothersShadow/index.html) by Mind Zapper (https://mcstories.com/Authors/Mind-Zapper.html)

It’s difficult for me to say anything about either of these two pieces since I had a hand in editing them, but I wouldn’t have if I didn’t like them … I think they’re both very good and highly original. Enthusiastic kudos to both authors, one a first-timer, the other a third-timer!

Hostel (https://mcstories.com/Hostel/index.html) by 321 (https://mcstories.com/Authors/321.html)

I started reading this several weeks ago and have slowly been making my way through it. It can be a little difficult to follow who’s been turned into whom, but otherwise this is wonderfully executed.

The Spa (https://mcstories.com/SpaDede/index.html) by Dede (https://mcstories.com/Authors/Dede.html)

Fun stuff. I read the first 7 chapters, a very relatable and well-written buildup to a rather sudden and complete
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
. As with the previously-mentioned multi-part pieces, I’ll get to more later.

The Witch, The Whip, His Wife and Her Lover (https://mcstories.com/WitchTheWhipHisWifeAndHerLover/index.html) by Alan Smithee (https://mcstories.com/Authors/Alan-Smithee.html)

Shapow! Taut and juicy! Love the concept and execution!

Many thanks to all authors I cited here, as well as to every other writer who contributes to Simon's wonderful archive!

Unless an actual flesh-and-blood child is involved, or images, it is legal in the U.S. Probably. Mostly.

I still wouldn't do it, because ew, and most websites won't allow it, especially since no payment processor will allow it, but Simon shouldn't face any legal repercussions for it.

I am not a lawyer, but no, it's not illegal in the US.  Communication between an adult (writer, artist, etc) and another adult (reader, viewer, etc) is protected under the 1st Amendment.  The only thing they could nail you on is Obscenity for stories, and it has to be something pretty darned obscene for them to go after, because no one wants to open the box of worms that is an appeal for an obscenity conviction, since Obscenity laws are blatantly unconstitutional.

Ah....321.  No one does Manchurian intrigue better.  Echoing Cerebus regarding “Deep Undercover”, you care for Cassie but can’t wait for her to be triggered, either by Paul or Avery (or by another hypnotized minion.  321 is so good at catching the subjective views of his characters.

You especially see this with “Hostel”.  He effortlessly shows us Rebecca inner thoughts.as she goes from heroine, enthusiastic hypnotic dom, and mesmerized slave.

Teacher’s Lazy Friday Night (https://mcstories.com/TeachersLazyFriday/index.html) (mc mf md ft) (new)  by Patrax

Potential age squick aside (or not, since Simon has taken it down), this had a really good and somewhat unique depiction of psychic control from a victim's perspective. Also super hot resistance if that sort of thing does it for you. Hopefully the author wasn't put off and decides resubmit an edited version.

I don't know how Cerebus gets through these so fast.

Also, confessing to a curiosity how Bedtime Story will go down - it's about as close as I get to romantic hypno fiction.

Scifiscribbler,

lol, you made me laugh out loud with that remark. Thanks! I just read. I pick the stories whose descriptions appeal to me the most and kind of go down the line. It does take time though.

I don't know how you write so many terrific stories. You amaze me.

What I'm wondering about is the *legal* standards. Not sure if posting these kinds of stories isn't breaking the law?

Delta Wave.

No. It's not against the law in any way. It is fiction. It is protected by law. Thankfully. You can write, make a movie, sing or paint about anything you want. It is artistic expression. This has been adjudicated by the courts long ago. It is not real, no one is getting hurt. Books and films have been made about every possible situation under the sun. The shame is you have certain sites, and people, who are into censorship and want things banned. Everyone has their own censor, it works one hundred percent of the time. If you see something you don't want to read or watch....don't. It's just that easy.

That last remark was not aimed at you personally. It was a general comment for mass consumption. Never understood why anyone would want to censor because that is a very slippery slope against our rights and it is dangerous. You see, one day something you don't like is censored. Then someday someone may not like what you do and want that censored. Once again that remark was not aimed at you but to people in general, especially those who support censorship. Artist rights are a very important freedom and should always be protected and fought for.

My advice to anyone who sees something they don't like is chill out. Don't play morals Gestapo. The person who wrote it had a vision and took the trouble to do it. For them it was important enough to put their time and effort and thought. That is not easy to do. I know because Ive done it. For those who haven't, try it and you find it is true. If you don't like it, just ignore it and move on. It's not going to kill you to do so and believe it or not, others may like that story even if you don't. You wouldn't want someone censoring what you like would you? What you can read or write. And I can tell you for a fact there are many people who would love to censor all the stories on here. Every single one of them. Every week. They see these stories, that we love and enjoy, as perverted and sick. For those in the past who have reported stories or in the future will want to, think about that before you go trying to get one banned because of your personal preference.

The story connection is negligible (just a focus on strong colours but contextualised for an EMC story), but I loved the title. You'll (possibly) be pleased to note that note that the uh, funeral scene from the film is not featured in this story

Someone recommended the film without telling me what it was and that was quite an adventure for my lighthearted 80's movie night, let me tell you that.

Algorithm (https://mcstories.com/Algorithm/index.html) (mc ff mf fd md) (1 new chapter)  by Carefully Random
Tiffany’s friends discover the mind blanking capabilities of an audio visual sensory input algorithm.  It isn’t long before they want to know how powerful the algorithm can be, but they will need test subjects: willing or otherwise…

We don't often get to see what happens after the "happily-ever-after" (i.e., after the enslavement). Erin's active role in her own slavery, as well as pushing Tiffany to be more Mistress-y, will be very interested and exciting to read moving forward. Tantalizing cliffhanger with Josh, I guess Tiffany had a blind spot when she reprogrammed him.

Brain Development Enterprises (https://mcstories.com/BrainDevelopmentEnterprises/index.html) (mc mf md in) (2 new chapters)  by JC Beleren
A man purchases a series of self-hypnosis recordings to help him become more assertive.

I read this one on Literotica as it was being published, so I know how it goes. Suffice it to say that I am very much a fan. Honestly, I could take or leave the side plot with Barbara; Kenzie is the real star!

Cape City Chronicles: Today the City, Tomorrow... (https://mcstories.com/CapeCityChronicles/index.html) (mc mf ff md fd ma cb) (1 new chapter)  by Jennifer Kohl
Years ago, a supervillain enslaved and then wiped out every male hero in Cape City. Now she’s escaped prison, and unpowered cop Alessandra Alvarez might be the only one who can stop her. But this time, neither of them will be working alone...

Holy moly, what a wonderful brainwashing scene. I love Kohl's other works, so I'm excited to see what more is in store here; especially promising is the hint of foreshadowing about the sister.

The Mind Control Device (https://mcstories.com/MindControlDevice/index.html) (mc mf ff md in) (1 new chapter)  by mypenname3000
Dean invents a mind control device.

I've said it before about this author, and I'll say it again. His works are like ice cream; not the best, not the most substance, but damn do I love to indulge in them.

Mother’s Shadow (https://mcstories.com/MothersShadow/index.html) (mc ff) (new)  by Mind Zapper
The daughter of the most feared sorceress in the known Realms, young Claire struggles with following in her mother’s evil mind-controlling footsteps.

This was absolutely delicious. First-person perspective of being brainwashed is my absolute favorite, and the way that this author portrays the experience is magical. It is their first addition to the archive, and I eagerly await their future works.

Sisters (SleepyTimeSlut) (https://mcstories.com/SistersSleepyTimeSlut/index.html) (mc ff mf in) (1 new chapter)  by SleepyTimeSlut
Kenzie used to be a smart, serious student. But when her sister starts filling her iPod with “special” music, Kenzie becomes a little dumber, a lot more horny, and way more agreeable.

I loved this story way back when it the first chapters came out, and I love it now. The twist seemed a bit rushed, and the story as a whole is a bit unpolished, but the brainwashing is just searingly hot.

Wildwood (https://mcstories.com/Wildwood/index.html) (mc mf md) (1 new chapter)  by notorioushypno
A mind control conspiracy spawns small-town hokum, entangling a group of plucky university students, some deadbeat locals, and a team of federal investigators.

I've been following this story since the beginning, and wow. Just wow. This chapter is far and away the best chapter in the entire story so far, as well as my choice for the best update of the week. As previously mentioned, first-person perspective of brainwashed slavery is my favorite, and when juxtaposed with the action that has been building in the previous chapters, this chapter was like a full-body immersion into the just what exactly it would be like to be one of Sal's girls. I've read and reread this chapter a dozen times so far, and I still get the shivers every time. I'm sure that there must be further development with the story, and I'm sure that not every chapter will be this perfect, but as far as I'm concerned this chapter is precisely what I want from the rest of the story. Just perfect, obedient bliss.

Wires (https://mcstories.com/Wires/index.html) (mc sf) (new)  by MoldedMind
On a routine visit to the server room, Jessie gets more than she bargained for.

A wonderful vignette. I wish that there was more focus on the brainwashing and reprogramming, but the imagery of being bound and wrapped in wires was excellent. I did greatly enjoy the brief attention paid to having strange thoughts, noticing that they are strange, and not caring that they are implanted (and in fact welcoming her own brainwashing). I really like this kind of subtle mental manipulation.

Post by: 321 on November 24, 2019, 07:36:58 pm
Wow. This has been an amazing update!

Algorithm gives us a great new chapter that deftly handles several threads at the same time. We've got the inevitable negative fallout from someone having their mind toyed with. We've got a cute, if certainly imperfect romance between two of our leads. And hovering in the background is... something not good. Something- someone, that is- is moving around in the shadows and is plotting something for our characters. Oh man, this story just gets better and better!

Speaking of things in the background, Cattle and the Creeping Things! I said this earlier and I'll say it again, this is one of the finest pieces of MC fiction that I have ever read. One of the things I love about it is that you completely get into the main character's head, even though there's actually very little written to describe them. The MC is subtle and creepy. I cannot recommend this story enough!

Speaking of amazing stuff, can we talk about the brainwashing scene in Cape City Chronicles: Today the City, Tomorrow...? Smart, hot, and sexy. Brilliantly written. Pop!

I'm a big fan of SoVeryFascinated's work, so it's probably no surprise that I liked this week's chapter of Dead of Night. Wonderful creepiness throughout. The scene where
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
and
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
is especially hot. Woo!

Story idea: A national pageant with 50 beautiful contestants. What if they all got hypnotized at once? And so AWMBH's Giselle the Gazelle begins. Who on earth is behind this crazy setup, and why? And when will the lions wake up? So many questions here, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Mother's Shadow is a nice fantasy short by first-time author Mind Zapper. Some great interplay between the characters, and some hot hot HOT mind control going on throughout. Pop!

I've praised Vanity before as well, but it deserves a second round. Dede has a real talent for describing slow, delicious, and sexy decents into MC enslavement. There's a great theme going on here, as Denise's vanity contributes to her downfall, and vice-versa. A lovely short story!

If you haven't been reading Wildwood yet, this chapter is all the prodding you need to read the whole thing. This chapter is packed full of sexy scenes and beautiful, mind-controlled slaves. The story doesn't end here, which means that there is more intrigue to come. Fantastic stuff.

Finally (and I have more to read this week!) there's a nifty little sci-horror story going on with MoldedMind's Wires. Technological horror isn't something you see all that often on this site, but it is one of my favorite genres. I wonder if Jesse will be back to make some special modifications to her workplace's computers...

More to come! Good work, everyone!

The Mind Masters Of Earth (https://mcstories.com/MindMastersOfTheEarth/index.html) (mc ff sf) (new)  by Delta Wave
It’s been six years since the unscrupulous telepaths, the Mind Masters, took over the world and established a global tyrannical government. A young woman, Maya Hudson, hates the telepaths’ regime with a passion. But, as she’s conscripted for service at the Masters’ governmental complex, her life is about to change drastically...

It's exposition heavy, especially for such a short piece. What happens is nice, but again - it's short! Until right at the end I expected it to have a "... to be continued" type thing but it appears to just be a one-and-done. I would definitely read more if you wanted to continue in the same world, seems a shame to have it end after you built it up so much!

Not really good at giving reviews, but do want to take the time to mention that I also have been enjoying this story. Would probably second the criticism about Mary, would have loved to see more of her falling victim. I do also have trouble trying to remember the vast amount of characters, but I think that's more an issue on my end than a problem with the story. But yes, eagerly waiting for more, especially since you said it'll be wrapping up soon!

Thanks CerebusOne, glad you liked it.  It won't be as long as some of my stories, but Nicole is headed for something of a ride.

I don't know what the etiquette is for responding, but I pretty much agree with everything you wrote. Touching on your points more specifically, though:

You're most welcome. I prefer "critique" to "criticism," though, as it's all meant to be constructive. Criticism has a bit more of a negative connotation. I hope it came across as "hey, cool story, and here's some stuff you might not have thought of." Gripe was probably not the best word for my to use, either. "Note" or "thought" would be closer.

Having mulled over the Mary bit, I think the story would benefit either from investing more in it, or as you said, paring it down. If you had made her a background character in Molly's story, then the focus would have been tighter on the scooby-gang, and you could have made the reveal of Mary being enslaved be a smaller, but still impactful moment.

I'm not a critic by trade, though, so take everything I say with a grain of well-meaning salt.

What is interesting is the underlying theme of "nothing was as expected." In some ways, that is always how the present is in hindsight. Into the 1970s, it was expected that we would be colonizing our solar system by as early as the 1990s or have destroyed ourselves in WWIII before the twenty-first century. 2021 will certainly not be exactly as expected by those living in the tail end of 2019! Anyway, I did enjoy the old school, alien invasion undertones, as well as hints of They Live. The eroticism here was definitely for those more interested in the mind control itself, especially for those looking for minimal struggle and total control. An interesting, albeit very quick, cerebral piece.

Salem’s Blood (https://mcstories.com/SalemsBlood/index.html) (mc ff) (new)  by Chrysostomon
Jan is invited to go to a grave of a witch but she soon discovers it’s not all pretend.

This does not go quite where one might expect, and that is a great thing. As a result, this was more reminiscent of Dracula A.D. 1972, but better in some ways. We all pretty much know how a Dracula story is going to go, but there was no way to know where Salem's Blood was going to go. Louise had her own opportunistic agenda -- Dracula did not seem to have one in 1972. Jan, though, was absolutely amazing. Perhaps she did get a good laugh in the end, but certainly not in the way she was expecting earlier!

School Foot Daze (https://mcstories.com/SchoolFootDaze/index.html) (mc fd ft) (new)  by Jake Elwoods
A college student is overwhelmed by the smell of Janet’s feet.

Mind control? Foot fetish? How could I resist!? Definitely for those that are really into feet, even through the associated MC aspects. So, yeah, I personally found it all a pretty hot and fun read. What was interesting here was how that scent did not enthrall everyone. It seemed polarizing in a way, giving a degree of mystery as to what makes one repelled or enthralled. The guy did not seem to have a foot fetish at the start. At the same time, others turned out to be aware of what she could do to people. It all gave off the scent, I mean, sense that Janet was still learning about her power over others. Fun overall with a nice laugh at the end.

Just wanted to say that ‘Giselle the Gazelle’ is one of the most original MC stories I’ve read in years! Thoroughly enjoying so far and thanks for posting it, AWMBH. I also highly recommend his & Nickelmodeltales 'And... Freeze'

Hm. I don't know if it's good form, but... has anyone read my story, by chance? *twiddles fingers nervously*

I did. I read an earlier version, too, and gave you quite a lot of editing feedback, noticing that you used almost all of it.

But without crediting my efforts.

Speaking of good form, I appreciate that AWMBH and Mind Zapper, who I also provided quite a lot of editing feedback to and who submitted stories the same week, credited my efforts at the end of their stories. Even though AWMBH spelled my name wrong so Simon didn't hyperlink it.

That was one of the busier weeks I've ever had as an editor. My own writing still isn't back on track. I don't think I'll be doing quite so much of that again.
