JAG (1995) cult episode. *FOUND*

I watched A good few men and remembered that there was a tv series (spin off or inspired by that movie?) called JAG.
I am aware that there was an episode where female military were brainwashed or something in a cult. Catherine Bell's character went undercover and there is a scene where the cult leader throws some powder in a ceremony. I think I watched snaps of that scene from Terry o'Brien old site or somewhere else.
